Join us on Valentine’s Day, as Jersey City Birds teams up with Feminist Bird Club JC for a winter bird walk at Caven Point. Meet at 10am at Parking Lot 1 (Camp Liberty Parking Lot, 300 Morris Pesin Drive). Caven Point is a beautiful and vitally important bird habitat area and closes during nesting season, starting March 1st. We will meet at Parking Lot 1 and walk down to the beach. Distance is about 2 miles out and back, mostly flat and even with some rugged spots near the beach. Wear comfortable clothing and bring binoculars if you have them.
