This training, hosted by the NJ DEP, will provide an overview of the DEP’s authority to set and enforce environmental policies and regulations. By attending, you’ll learn about enforcement mechanisms, the WARN-DEP hotline, and how the DEP collaborates with local government and state agencies to hold regulated entities accountable.
