An interactive walk focused on senses and perception, both human and avian. Dr. Ali studies animal coloration, specializing in the colors of birds and primates. Caven Point has reopened to the public, and October is a great time to see it still green.
The trail is a little under 2 miles in and out, flat and mostly paved, with a section of uneven gravel and a sandy beach.
What to bring:
Comfortable shoes that can handle gravel and sand
Water
Binoculars (a limited number are available if you need them)
Closest bathroom is a half mile down Morris Pesin Dr. at the Liberty State Park Picnic Site
