Join the Montclair Bird Club at Waywayanda State Park to explore their eastern trails! Wawayanda State Park is a massive parcel of public land in the northern Highlands region of New Jersey. It includes forests, creeks, ponds, and the 2,617-acre Wawayanda Swamp (the largest Atlantic white cedar swamp in inland New Jersey)!

You’ll be walking over ~4.5 miles of rolling terrain and extensive boardwalks. Although the hike is expected to finish by 12:30 PM, those who would like to can leave earlier.
